These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vintagegoc.com (the “Site”), operated by Vintage Group of Companies (“Vintage”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request quotes, contact us, and apply for positions. You may not use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to circumvent security or access restricted areas
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement. Pricing, capacity, and transit times depend on lane, season, and equipment availability and will be confirmed in a written quote response. Bookings are governed by our standard transportation terms, provided when a booking is confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, imagery, code, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vintage Group of Companies You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current operating conditions. Service availability and pricing are confirmed individually for each booking.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any direct damages related to use of the Site is limited to CAD $100. Liability for transportation services is governed separately by the contract of carriage applicable to each booking.

Third-party services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., email delivery, analytics, live chat). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
